The people @ Augusta realize that when people like Zach Johnson win a battle of attrition at +1, it doesn't help bring in the casual fan. They made the course set up more forgiving this year so that -6 to -10 would be the winning score.

If the wind is really howling, expect some of the Sunday pins to be moved from their normal locations.

And Justin Rose shoots a 78 in perfect conditions every year @ The Masters.
Can't argue with that, but even with easier placements, those greens are a bitch. Nearly impossible to hit a 2 yard window when the wind is blowing that hard. Even with easy placements, if you miss your window, you'll be lucky to two-putt.
