I'll try to grade these out as each team finishes its final picks.

Teams that have finished with all of its picks so far are the Eagles, the Bengals, the Steelers, and the Seahawks. Obviously I am the GM now of the Eagles, so I will not be evaluating them.

I claim no consistency between the 3-round evals and these.

Cincinnati Bengals - B- (Spicy McHaggis)

1. OLB Keith Rivers
2. TE Martellus Bennett
3. OG Roy Schuening
4. LB Marcus Howard
5. DE Kendall Langford
6. FB Jacob Hester

The only reason this Draft isn't a C overall is because the picks were consistently strong on value. I do not believe this collection of players were bad picks, I simply believe they were the wrong picks.

The Bengals made good by drafting two LBs, but they could have easily drafted three and gotten away with it with the molassis-like speed they were being taken off the board. The Bengals struggle everywhere on defense, especially LB and defensive line, but their secondary sucks as well. Their offense can make do as it is now, and they didn't need the additions of a TE, OG, and FB. The defense could have used a DT, S, and corner. Or even another linebacker.

Pittsburg Steelers - D (milkman)

1. OG/OT Brandon Albert
2. OG Chilo Rachal
3. CB Charles Godfrey
4. CB Simeon Castille
5. WR Keenon Burton
6. RB Chauncey Washington

My feud with the man of milk continues. Of course I feel like the drafting of two guards with the first two picks (there is zero evidence that Albert could convert comfortably to tackle) was ludacris. But waiting until the 5th round to improve the WR corps for their franchise QB, and drafting two CBs would be acceptable except than only one of them were worth the value of where they were picked (Godfrey). And I don't like Chauncey Washingon -- there are RBs still available now that I'd prefer.

Fortunately, the Steelers didn't have that many holes to begin with. And I do like Burton and Godfrey as value picks -- the rest I thought were reaches and I don't know how much better off the Steelers are after this Draft than they were before it.

Seattle Seahawks - C+ (DaKCManAP)

1. WR DeSean Jackson
2. TE Brad Cottam
3. DT Ahtyba Rubin
4. OG/OT Mike McGlynn
5. FB Peyton Hillis

Pretty limited Draft for the Seahawks, and they were able to address virtually of of their needs in this Draft. The only extra thing they could have used would have been an additional WR for depth or maybe some extra bodies in their secondary, but it's hard to complain about each of the positions they did Draft. My main complaint is value, as I felt each of the Seahawks' first three picks were reaches.

Jackson wasn't that bad of one, but people underestimate exactly how hard it is for receivers his size to make an impact in the NFL worthy of a first round pick. Steve Smiths and Santana Mosses are rare for a reason. I don't like investing in receivers that small until much later. Cottam and Rubin I also disliked for value purposes. The Seahawks somewhat righted themselves in the middle rounds with McGlynn and Hillis, though.
