They need to keep TJ on the bench until he comes up with a new hitting stance/style/theory which prevents him from overswinging, being late on fastballs, reaching out on unhittable low-and-away pitches, etc.
Hillman said on the radio a few days ago that we were going to see TJ choke up on the bat but I haven't witnessed it yet.
The defense may suffer just a fraction with Callaspo at SS, but it's well worth it if we have a .300 hitter in the 9th spot instead of a .148 whiffer.
