I have a dream that one day the internet will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "LOL OMG WTF NOOB?"

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Silicon Valley the sons of former IT specialists and the sons of former internet trolls will be able to sit down together at the forum of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state which has very little internet access, sweltering with the heat of dial-up, will be transformed into an oasis of bandwidth and pr0n.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the speed of their connection but by the content of their posts.

I have a dream today. That dream is net neutrality.
