A lot of "mission statements" are single sentences or sentence fragments, Mr. CrazyCoffey. Disney's, for example, is something like; "To make people happy". But, if you don't like that one, how about this;

Establish ChiefsPlanet as the premier gathering of half-crazed, frustrated football fans while maintaining our uncompromising principle to the finest in poop, uncalled-for personal attacks, and nipple threads.
