Nope, not at all. Firefox's add on site keeps some kind of count, but it doesn't seem to be overly accurate.
I'm pretty sure that a lot have picked it up though as this is not the only forum I've seen it appear on.
These won't give you exact numbers but are encouraging... from my server logs...
