Well, not quite "all" vbulletin boards but all the ones I've found in my travels. I try to make it as universal as I can but since vbulletin is very highly customizable, some people do mess up the templates enough that it just doesn't work.
So I can safely say it'll work for 99% of them. But no, not all and certainly not just Chiefs Planet
