For every one former Cast Member who whines about how hard it is working for Disney, I can find you 50-100 who love it. If you think Disney is bad some of you need to get out into the Corporate world.....try working for a guy who sits in his office looking out over the entrance.....he had a switch that would turn onn the sprinklers and drown everyone who was walking to the door a minute late...he would leave them on for 45 minutes. You either walked thru the soaking sprinklers or wait until they went off and got docked.
And that is one of the nicer things I have encountered.
Yes I am a Disney fanatic.....but I grow weary of hearing how bad former Cast Members feel they were treated.
