I don't have the 2007 numbers handy though, but 2005 63 million | Total Online Retail 172 million

63,000,000,000 / 172,000,000,000 = 0.36416184971098265895953757225434

so in 2005 it was 36.416% or every 36.5 cents of every dollar in 2005
