From what i've read that they offer like nothing in regards to value...basing it off their appraisers. For example a $2-3k gold/diamond is offered max value around $15-100 and they rip you off. In turn, you have to be one of the biggest dumbasses to try it. You could pawn any real jewelery and get 100 times more than what they'd offer.
