I'm sorry to say that I'm feeling pretty poor these days to. I think I might just have to keep what I have however if any of you are wanting a good butcher beef I can point you in the right direction. Of coruse you will need to come and pick it up...I'm starting to run low on pork so I will be looking for a pig to butcher in the next month or two....I butchered 2 for myself last Aug and am now running pretty low...to bad hog farmer lives so far away!
