Shouting "Fire!" in a crowded movie theater can cause mass chaos and may result in injuries and destruction of property. Saying **** in public is going to have the same effect? Please! Her use of what is considered by some to be profane language isn't causing any tangible harm and if people get offended that's their issue. They have the right to say something to her, but no one should get fined/arrested/cited over using such general language.
