I've never talked to anyone I've personally known, including my brother who was airborne, or my good friend who is a gunny in a marine recon, who hasn't described *that* guy.
My brother's first platoon sgt was *that guy* and he said the dumbass was smoking them....in Iraq.
Its kind of like girls running in 3s...the hot girl, the fat girl and the slut. If you don't know who the slut is, in your group...its probably you.
