Not all of this year's 1st rounders will be signed. The Yankees 1st round pick, Garritt Cole, is honoring his father's wishes and attending UCLA. He can't be drafted again until 2011 & the Yankees
can not draft him again unless Cole gives the Yankees permission to do so. The Yankees will receive an extra 1st rd pick next year.
