yeah but tim had every opportunity to get the hell away from those asshaole and didnt RUN. there has also been conflicting reports as to his involvment in the crimes i.e. what he told friends at the time conflicted with what he testified to. some people will stretch the truth to save themselves. remember he first said that they kidnapped him if i remember right
