Yep. Gas grill. I let it stand for a while before checking the temp. It wa about 375. I usually baked chicken by wrapping it in foil and putting it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. I thought I'd do the same here, only check it in 20 minutes. When I went back out, the grill was up to 550, and the chicken was black and crispy. I'm actually really good at burgers, brats, and such, but who isn't?
