I don't really know their respective 40 times but LJ is not just a bruiser- he is really effing fast, too. Charles is probably shiftier and maybe better at turning the corner or slicing through a small break but I don't think he's much (if any) faster than LJ in the open field and I'm pretty sure the difference today was the situation. LJ went inside on a number of downs where there just wasn't any room.
Additionally, while today wasn't a good day for LJ it did have one positive- LJ's foot injury seems like a non-issue.
