At least he can turn teams into competitors and make them into pro bowlers. He's done that everywhere he's been.
Yeah he's sucked in the playoffs, but a lot of that really is bad luck of the draw. Cleveland, Byner fumbled. the kicker that shall go unamed missing the Fg's here. SD completely imploding the last drive of the game against New England a few years ago.
His biggest playoffs blunders we can think of have not been his fault really. He only coaches, he doesn't make the plays.
One thing I do know is this,
He'd take this defense to the next level where it needs to be.
