I really don't care for any team other than the Chiefs, but teams that rise from the pack of mediocrity are all NFC teams, since I could never admit to liking an AFC competitor.
After the Chiefs, I would probably go with...
2. Saints
3. Packers
4. Vikings
5. Bears
This is long-term, not necessarily the teams as they stand right now.
At the bottom is, of course,
32. Broncos
31. Raiders (though the bottom two spots have rotated over time depending on the better record and how obnoxious their players are)
30. Chargers
29. Bills (their players always seem to annoy me)
28. Ravens (the Ray Lewis effect)
