Millen for 7 or Carl for 19? I'd still take Carl. From an owner's standpoint, he can turn a profit and his first 7 were far more productive. Both teams went from mediocrity to the cellar, Millen did it faster and hasn't done anything but draft 2 out of 3 very good receivers.
