When I was a teenager I stopped dressing up at 14, but kept trick or treating until I was 16. Those last 2 years people would ask me where my costume was and I'd tell them I was a fat kid. Most of the time it got me extra candy. Sometimes it got me a stern look and some carrots. Those ****ers paid though. Believe that.
