I'm pretty certain that Elmer Fudd is gay. But, I don't think Bugs is. I think he just likes to cross dress occasionally. He's like a two dimensional Eddie Izzard.

You have to wonder about Bluto, too. The signs are certainly there. It doesn't really matter, though, because Olive Oyl is definitely gay. Sorry, Popeye.
