I think Herm's system is destined to fail no matter how many chances he gets. He has yet to show that he can take a program to the next level. He took over a team in New York that was two years removed from getting to the conference championship and did well for awhile. He never won more than 10 games in a season. He never got further than the divisional round of the playoffs. He left them in total chaos. They were happy to trade him away. Its only a miracle he wasn't fired before KC expressed an interest.
He took over in KC and got to the playoffs despite the team not having as many wins as the year before. He took the team and pounded it into a lump of clay but forgot to form it into anything.
I have to laugh at anyone who compares him to Tony Dungy. Tony at least won in Tampa, just couldn't win the big one. Tony Dungy...more like Tony Danza.

What the Raiders fan has said is true, our customs are different. What Al Davis has said is unimportant, and we do not hear his words.
