yes this I always feel like quiting after intense hangovers, however the next day when I feel well again i cant wait for a drink. I feel your pain. The withdrawals are horrible I actually got prescribed to klonopin to kill the anxiety. I still can't quit and i usually deal with the anxiety because I cant justify becoming addicted to a benzodiazapam to relieve my addiction to alcohol. it's a vicious cycle. I wish you the best of luck
