I think it's best for the Chiefs to move on with their next front office or coaching moves. I'm not for bringing in Marty.
That being said if he was here the players would improve each week unlike what you are seeing now. He was a great coach with some bad luck. I have often wondered if history would have been different if he would have stuck it out here. It looks like he has as well.
