Well to be fair, it was raining pretty heavily and the wind was blowing at a fairly good clip (the high camera shot was getting buffeted hard enough that they barely used it). On top of the fact that Navy is a run oriented offense that won't pass unless they have to and SMU was basically never able to get them into a down and distance that passing was their best option. Especially starting their 3rd string QB in that kind of weather.
