Hell, I'll never understand why a successful coach at a big-time program would ever want to go to the NFL. Maybe just to test yourself at the next level, but when you consider you're probably making just as much money at a big college, and work half the hours... also taking into account the high failure rate of college coaches in the pros.it seems like you'd never want to leave.
