I realize that LJ is a dick and I have always thought that Vermeil had him pegged when he said the diaper statement. But honestly doesn't it sound petty?
Doesn't it sound petty to press charges against a person that spits a drink in your face?
Even if you get pushed in the face like "a get out of here bitch" kinda push, doesn't it sound petty? Maybe he shouldn't have done it but don't you think that an assault worthy of a charge or a suspension should have included a punch or kick.
Honestly what was hurt their pride, we have laws now that protect someones pride?
I never knew that spitting a drink on someone warranted an assualt charge. Ridiculous!
