Really, I'm for any coach that we can trade a draft choice for. Preferably a high one.

The reason Herm sucks is b/c we committed only a 4th rounder to getting him. If Carl had been willing to trade a day one pick, we'd have gotten a much better product.

It's like drafting a QB, actually.
