He's shown the ability to change, which most coaches cant do. He realized he ran the offense into the ground, found a good coordinator and let him do his thing. He's not some talent GURU, but he's not horrible either.

People can bash on herm all they want, but we could do a helluva lot worse.

We may be able to do better as well.

Really - name worse than Herm. Now name better. Which list is longer. Fact is we can't do much worse than Herm but we can do a helluva lot better...
