If she did not have options, I would of had to stay with her, or traded her completely. Yeah always best to go for incentive laced if at all possible...sometimes those long term deals can come back to haunt you if you can't trade them. then you have to outright release them and that can get messy and you still have to pay parts of the contract. Also some advice is don't be shy during the draft some of those late rounders can turn into all-stars for a few seasons when the rest of the team isn't looking too good. We do a dibs system...whoever got dibs has first rights and the prospect must then be traded or released. Traded my best friends current girlfriend for a case of budlight.
