Give me a break. He's making 5 million a year, and doesn't want to risk 25 grand to send a message to his team about will and won't be tolerated? Moreover, even if he would have ripped Nemmers' dumbass, the organization would have most likely reimbursed him for the fine.

You lead by example, and it is quite obvious that the example that this year's team has learned is one of softness (witness the Country Club Camp) and unacccountablity mixed with double speak (as shown by him passing off blame on Solari, deserting his last team, and acting as though he was going to hold players' feet to the fire for their mistakes) This guy is a consummate politician. That's why the media loves him, and he never seems to get results.
