I will say this about Williams: Romo threw him a deep ball that was admittedly underthrown, and Williams was in position to make a play on it against Ed Reed, I believe it was. Instead of going up for it or taking Reed out, he half-heartedly brushed into him as if he were trying to distract him. Maybe that's why Romo doesn't throw to him; he doesn't think he'll go get balls that aren't perfectly-delivered.
