While I do agree, their digital TV service is sufficient (for me at least), their internet is fast, customer service isn't bad.....it's just their pricing that sucks (at least here). They know that they are the only game in town and they treat their customers like it.

Also, I've only had 1....maybe 2 outages that lasted more than 10 minutes in probably 10 years of using them.
