There is absolutely no basis for keeping Herm one more year.
None.
You can stretch and slice it anyway you want. He's got a record of 15-33.
Herm had enough rope to hang himself this year. I do not want this loser apart of this orgranization one more day, let alone one more season.
Some of you want to act like this is his first coaching job and he'll improve. He's made the same mistakes OVER and OVER. He will never learn. He will stay the same stubborn ass he's always been.
When is he going to fix the defense?
I pity any team that decides Herm is a good fit for them.
