I think you are confusing franchise QB and HOF QB.
If your expectations are a Peyton Manning or Tom Brady you will probably be disappointed.
Rivers, Cutler, Big Ben, Baby Manning, possibly Cassel, Warner, possibly Pennington, Brees, Romo, etc are Franchise QBs.
