I think it's too late to try and bring in a new Head Coach in, so Pioli will likely go ahead and let Clark Hunt keep his promise of retaining Herm. To combat the lame duck situation with Herm, Pioli will probably bring replacement coaches himself and guarantee they will last beyond 2009.
