Just remember, Joe Bugel also had the full support of his Raiders players and they responded by going 4-12. Players normally give a coach they know and like full support because they know said coach isn't going to come in and try to weed them out, the coach brought them in and will stick with them. New coach comes in, and he is going to get rid of a lot of the players, and he is going to ride them hard in training camp to see what they have.
