Yeah your right, nobody wants a coach the players playing the game have total respect for and will do anything to win for him and the fans. Sorry but wins and loses are the MOST IMPORTANT stat you can go by for a HEAD COACH, especially after THREE FULL YEARS. What other stat is there for a Head Coach? Passes completed by Herm? Interceptions by Herm?
