Worse than the "Wave?" Yes, I agree the "Shower" has lost it's spontaneity but it's just tradition now. When was the last Head Coach of the wining Super Bowl team not "Baptized in the color of orange"? I'm guessing Bill Walsh Niners 84 over Dolphins.
