As to your other question, no one here has any idea what's going on a One Arrowhead Drive or what's in the minds of Scott Pioli and Clark Hunt. Maybe they've already satisfied the Rooney Rule by interviewing some like Romeo Crennel but they had Haley targeted as their guy all along.
Bruce Arians does not fit the profile specified by Clark in the past. He's 56 years old and has never been head coach in the NFL. While he's done an okay job with Pittsburgh as their offensive coordinator, his time in Cleveland was far less than stellar.

Has Clark actually given a profile for the age of the coach he wanted? He wanted a young GM, but I don't recall him saying he wanted a young coach.
