He makes things happen...sometimes out of nothing. The whole time he has done it with a suspect running game.
And what makes everyone so sure he has hit his ceiling. The guy hasn't gone through a training camp has a player that isn't an afterthought. An off season of training and work with the coaches focusing on him and his offense working with him is a big deal.
Why can't he get better?
