"Texting while driving" isn't a problem, IMO.... it's texting while you're driving at 65mph and passing a semi, or while you're in heavy traffic that's going 45mph. I don't think it's as simple as saying "you need to be 100% focused on the road 100% of the time" if you're used to and comfortable multitasking, if you're smart about it and use a little common sense.
