You don't think Miami can get any better? Your post pretty much says that.
You don't think there is room for improvement? there is always room for improvement for ANY football team.
There is always room to find certain structures/pieces in place or I should key components to building your team and making it stronger. they CAN get better Regardless of their record or situation on their team, provided that they have excellent people that work in their pro personnel department who do a good job in evaluation and scouting.
so don't count out the fact that they can't compete and be a better team because you never know.
