If they work I'm fine with them, if not I'm not going to be happy. I do kind of like the fact they're not just throwing out news conference after news conference just to be in the news.
We're going to have to get used to the different mentality at Arrowhead 1 I think. I don't give a crap if we don't have much to talk about leading up to major events like the draft, training camp and the regular season. I just want to see this damn team win some games, and that means playoff games. They haven't been doing it in the past, so I don't give a damn how they change this team and what they do differently. For me, all these guys have the benefit of the doubt until they give me reason to believe otherwise.
Now with all that said,
from this article we have a Tight End coach, Linebackers Coach, Running Backs Coach, Quality Controla and Wide Receivers coach. Seems to me the 7 they hired would be competent enough to fill at least these roles
