I feel the same pain doing the same thing. I also feel it when doing the bicep curls, hurts like the dickens during the routine but feels somewhat o.k. by next day. Company doctor suspects tendon that runs down the side of the forearm from the elbow down to the wrist...or something like that. I was told to go for an MRI, I haven't....been 6 months. I just live with it for now.
