Chiefs | Hoffman to coach special teams

Adam Teicher, of The Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley said Steve Hoffman will be the team's special teams coach.
Well..... now we know..... finally! So, who is this guy? Where's he come from? Should we be optomistic?
