Oh dear gawd no. Not at all.
All I'd like to see is a draft thread that doesn't devolve into an insult-laden pissing match that rivals most of the threads in the DC forum. But that is exactly what is happening. I really don't get it.

The problem is that people are being shouted down as "reeruns" are sarcastically being called "True Fans" simply because they disagree with the opinions of a select few.
And it's all patently ****ing absurd.
There's a reason none of us are working at One Arrowhead Drive or on ESPN giving our opinions. Yet a few folks around here act as if they're so ****ing superior to everyone else based on ... well, nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero.
I have no idea if it's been like this around here the past few years, but while we used to have a lot of disagreements about the draft my first few years of heavy posting here (2001 - 2003ish), it was never as ugly as it's been this year.
Not sure why, either, other than just general frustration at the team sucking, but it'd be nice if some around here stopped acting so goddamn superior. Especially since some that are have no justifiable reason to do so.
