The Lions were hoping to have Oher or Smith fall to them at 20, but they are still in a great spot to get the BPA, and it also be at a position of need.
Yeah, he didn't have the best combine, but the Lions are no longer basing their opinions on what a guy does in a t-shirt and shorts in February. This kid has the perfect combination of size and speed, and will be a great addition to the Lions defensive backfield.
