A suitably reeruned replacement for the fantaburific Emmitt Smiff, how wonderful.
He's kind of like an unlikeable John Madden though, in that all he does is say the most obvious sh*t, repeat it, repeat it again, look down, and then smile. Except that Madden won football games when he coached, and Herm was just kind of a loser when it came to that.
